International
Varða is built for the global traveler. International shipping costs are calculated dynamically at the point of purchase based on your location. Please note that any local customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Outbound
The Return Policy
We believe in the longevity of our craft. If your Varða piece does not meet your architectural standards, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
Packaging Integrity
To maintain the heritage of our collection, returns are subject to the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be entirely new, unused, and showing no signs of wear.
- Integrity: Because our packaging is an extension of the product’s design, we cannot accept returns where the primary white box has been marked, crushed, or altered.
Process & Refunds
- Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend a tracked service). If the item is found to be defective or not as described upon arrival, Varða will provide a pre-paid return label.
- Refunds: Once our atelier inspects the return and confirms its "New" status, a full refund of the item price will be issued to your original payment method.
Note: Original shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable.
