By entering the Varða Archive, you agree to our standards of conduct and commerce. We build for endurance, and we expect our community to respect the integrity of our craft, our designs, and our intellectual heritage.

The Digital Atelier

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and collectors of the Varða Archive. We reserve the right to update these terms as our "Architecture" evolves.

The Collection

We make every effort to display the technical specifications and colors of our wallets with absolute precision. However, because we utilize Full-Grain Vegetable-Tanned leather, natural variations in grain and "character" are not defects—they are hallmarks of the material’s heritage.

Intellectual Property

The "Varða" name, the Icelandic ð branding, the "Cairn" logo, and the architectural design of our 4-product collection are the exclusive property of The Varða Atelier. Unauthorized reproduction or "copy-cat" engineering of our structural designs is strictly prohibited.

Acquisitions & Pricing

Pricing: We reserve the right to adjust pricing to reflect the cost of premium materials and atelier craft.
Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order. This is typically only exercised in cases of suspected fraud or "bulk-buying" for unauthorized resale.

Third-Party Partners

Our storefront is powered by Shopify. Any interactions with third-party tools (payment gateways or social media plugins) are subject to their respective terms. We are not liable for the "structural integrity" of external websites.

Limitation of Liability

Varða objects are designed for daily endurance. However, The Varða Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products beyond their intended purpose as a personal accessory.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any landmarks or disputes will be settled in the jurisdiction of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
